Gregory Van BuskirkGregory is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience and an expert in the new construction process.

After achieving his B.A. in political science from the University of Central Florida, he immersed himself in the studies and explorations of real estate including; property management, vacation ownership, residential, investment, commercial, and new construction, driven by a desire to gain the knowledge needed to fulfill his dream of opening Terra Excelsior and creating a better way to real estate.

Greg has been a top performer, sales leader, and training mentor, who was part of the National Leadership Council. He has received awards and accolades from the nation’s largest and most reputable home builders. He has a unique insight into the entire home-building process and is a master at knowing what questions to ask and when to ask them.
