His career spans diverse sectors, including residential sales, investment properties, commercial leasing, vacation ownership, and property management.

After earning a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, Greg pursued an intensive study of the real estate industry, fueled by a lifelong dream: to create a better way to buy, build, and sell homes. That dream became reality with the founding of Terra Excelsior, a firm built on the pillars of transparency, innovation, and simplicity.

Greg has consistently been a top performer, sales leader, and training mentor within some of the nation’s largest and most respected home builders. He served on the National Leadership Council and has earned multiple awards for outstanding sales performance and leadership. With deep insight into the entire home-building process, he is a master of knowing what questions to ask—and when to ask them—a skill that helps protect and empower clients at every stage.
