January through March 2027 is available at 3 months for $7500 a month with a $1000 nonrefundable deposit. $500 will go towards rent and $500 goes towards your security deposit. Individual February and March months will only be available if 2026 tenants decline to return. January 2027 is available. Rental rates for the following months; February and March $8500, April $7000, May $6000, August $6000, September $5000, October through January $6000, each booking comes with a clean $350, Booking fee $75, and taxes of 12.5 percent of total.

The beach is in a no-drive zone so you do not have to worry about cars with your little ones. The building is equipped with a seasonally heated pool, a sauna, exercise room, and a lighted tennis court.
