The clubhouse is where most of the activities are hosted such as cards, bingo, dinners, dances and numerous other activities and houses a library, billiards room and laundry room. You can be as involved as you like or not at all. We also have a nine-hole executive golf course in the community which is a separate business. The association fee is currently $206 per month, collected twice a year and includes basic cable, internet, lawn mowed & trimmed and the removal of garbage.
